neon is a free finance app developed by neon Switzerland AG for Android devices. This app allows you to have complete control over your money, right on your smartphone, anytime and anywhere. With neon, you can open an account in just 10 minutes, and it's 100% paperless. However, to use neon, you must have your primary residential address and tax liability in Switzerland, and you must be at least 16 years old with a Swiss passport/ID or a B or C residence permit.
The app provides a safe and secure way to manage your money, and your account is protected by Swiss deposit insurance up to 100,000 CHF. You can log in and authorize payments with your personal login code, fingerprint or face ID, and a separate transaction PIN.
